Esther Espinoza Teacher TRAC Scholarship:

Established by Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza and his Family, this Scholarship will be given to a student in the Cerritos College’s Teacher TRAC program, enabling students to transfer to and graduate from Cal State Long Beach with their credentials within four years. More Info..

Eruditio Teacher TRAC Transfer Scholarship:

The Teacher TRAC endowment fund was created through the generous donation by Dr. and Mrs. Kent Colbath.  This year, with these funds, two $500 Erudtio Scholarships will be awarded.  The meaning of Eruditio is reflected in the meaning of the award - teaching, instruction, knowledge, and learning.

Fred Gaskin Teacher TRAC Transfer Scholarship:

Established by former Cerritos College President, Dr. Fred Gaskin, this provides a scholarship each year to a student transferring from our Teacher Training Academy (Teacher TRAC) to the California University State, Long Beach teacher education program.

D. Franklin Wright Scholarship for Prospective Mathematic Teachers

Established by emeritus professor Dr. D. Franklin Wright, this $2,500 scholarship will be awarded for the first time this spring to two students.  The purpose of the scholarship is to financially assist promising students who are transferring from Cerritos College to a four-year college or university and plan on becoming mathematics teachers at the secondary, college, or university level.  The scholarship may be used for any of the following:  books, tuition, fees, and room and board while attending college.

Cerritos College Retired Faculty Association (CCRFA) Teacher TRAC Scholarship

Established by the Cerritos College Retired Faculty Association, this scholarship is awarded to a student newly admitted into the Teacher TRAC program and is based on letter of application, overall GPA, financial need, and school and community involvement.
